CONCESSION FOOD
Today my fine dining experience was at UW Stout's Johnson field house as I was watching the Wisconsin State AAU girls basketball tournament. I know it is not a chain, but food is food, and this was also fast food.
Place: Johnson Field House on the UW Stout campus, Menomonie Wisconsin
Date: Sunday, May 4, 2008
Meal: Lunch
Order: Two Hot Dogs with a diet Pepsi
Total cost: $4.50 ($1.50 for each hot dog, $1.50 for the 20 ounce Diet Pepsi)
Method: Walk up
From Order to service: 1:02
Since I am diabetic I will also provide the insulin dose.
Insulin dose: 4
The hot dog buns were a bit old, stiff to the touch. The hot dogs themselves were about 3/8 inch in diameter.

Fast Food Kevin
This is a blog about eating out---usually fast food, but it could be any type of dining establishment.
As with my other blogs, I will be looking at the stats. In this case I will be looking at the time it takes to be served the meal. How fast is fast? I have wondered what establishment is the slowest? Is there a better time to order during the day? How was service? All these questions and new ones will be answered as the days go by.
Since I am diabetic, I will adding the insulin count on the meals as well.
